A. Enter your gift card code at checkout, just pop it into the “gift card or discount code” box and the amount will be applied to your order.
If you can’t find your gift card email, no worries! Just reach out and we’re happy to resend it to the original email address.
Q. Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
A. Yes! Gift cards are treated like a payment method, not a discount code, so you can apply your discount first and then use your gift card during payment. Win-win!
Q. Can I check the balance on my gift card?
A. We’re happy to check that for you! Just send us a message and we’ll look it up.
Q. I didn’t receive my gift card email, what do I do?
A. Check your spam or promotions folder first, just in case! If it’s still missing, let us know and we’ll resend it to the email address used at checkout.
Q. Can I schedule a gift card to be sent on a certain day?
A. Gift cards are sent immediately after purchase. If you’re planning a surprise, we recommend sending the gift card to yourself first so you can forward it at just the right moment.
