If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once our fulfillment team begins processing, we’re no longer able to make any changes, and we’re not able to reroute packages after they’ve shipped.
A quick heads-up: Order status updates can sometimes be delayed. Even if it looks like your order hasn’t shipped, it may already be packed and waiting for carrier pickup (meaning it's too late to make any changes).
