Free shipping applies to U.S. orders shipping within the continental states when your cart subtotal is $100 or more after discounts and before taxes.
If adding a gift card causes your free shipping to disappear (it happens!), just place your order and reach out, we’ll happily refund the shipping cost for you.
What orders qualify for free shipping?
Hooray for free shipping! U.S. orders over $100, shipping within the continental states, qualify for free economy shipping as long as your cart subtotal is $100 after discounts and before taxes.
Because carrier rates are a bit higher, we’re not able to offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Does my total need to be $100 before or after discounts?
Your cart needs to reach $100 after discounts and before taxes for free shipping to appear at checkout.
A quick example:
$110 subtotal → $15 discount → $95 subtotal → not eligible
$120 subtotal → $10 discount → $110 subtotal → eligible
And just a reminder: promo codes can’t be stacked, so only one discount will apply per order.
Do international orders qualify for free shipping?
We’re not able to offer free shipping on international orders. But truly, we are so grateful for every single one of you who shops with us from around the world. We’re always looking for ways to make shipping as reasonable as possible.
What should I do if I’m pretty sure I qualify for free shipping, but it didn’t show up?
If your subtotal after discounts and before taxes is over $100 and free shipping still isn’t appearing, don’t worry. Every now and then, certain items in the cart (like gift cards) can make our checkout system a little confused and prevent free shipping from kicking in.
If this happens, please go ahead and place your order. Then send us a quick message with your order number. We’ll take a look on our end and refund the shipping cost for you if your subtotal qualifies. Truly no stress needed, we’re always happy to fix it.
Does free shipping apply to sale items?
Yes! Sale items absolutely count toward your free-shipping minimum, they just need to help you reach a $100 subtotal after discounts and before taxes, and your order must ship within the continental U.S.
