Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries around the world, including Europe, Canada, Australia, Asia and more.
To check availability for your country, simply add a planner to your cart and enter your address at checkout. Available shipping options and costs will appear before you place your order.
At this time, we do not have international retailers or distributors. All international orders are placed directly through our website.
International shipping costs
At checkout, you’ll see the lowest international shipping rates available from our shipping providers.

Some countries charge additional customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are set by your local customs office and are not included in your order total. These fees are usually paid by the recipient when the package arrives.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking number.
Tracking your international order
For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking, we recommend using GlobalPost.
Here’s how tracking works:
Use the tracking number from your Laurel Denise shipping email here on the GlobalPost tracking page
When your package arrives in your country, GlobalPost will display a second tracking number from your local carrier
This local carrier tracking link will show the most current delivery updates
It’s normal for tracking updates to pause briefly while your package is traveling overseas or moving through customs.
Customs and delivery
Some countries require customs fees to be paid before delivery.
If fees are due, tracking may show a status such as “Collect for Pick Up.”
This means your package is being held by customs until the required fees are paid.
Customs processes and timelines vary by country, and Laurel Denise does not have control over customs delays or fees.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and local customs clearance.
What if my international package looks delayed or lost?
International shipments can sometimes appear quiet in tracking, especially while they are traveling overseas or moving through customs. This is normal, and updates may pause for several days.
When is a package considered lost?
We consider an international package lost if it has not received a tracking scan from the courier for 30 days.
Before that time, delays or gaps in tracking do not usually mean the package is lost.
What to do while tracking is quiet
If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, we recommend:
Checking your tracking using GlobalPost, as it often shows the most accurate updates
Allowing extra time for customs processing, which can vary by country
Watching for a second “local carrier” tracking number once the package reaches your country
Most international packages do continue moving, even when tracking is quiet for a bit.
What to do if it has been 30 days
If it has been 30 days or more since the last tracking scan, please reach out to our support team. We’re happy to look into it with you and help determine next steps.
When contacting us, it’s helpful to include your name and order number.
