Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive (we think it helps them move a little faster!). If this happens, it could mean your package was delivered to a neighbor, or in rare cases, it may have been stolen.
If you think this is the case, please reach out to the carrier online to report that your package isn’t there and check with your neighbors to see if anyone has received it by mistake.
If you’ve waited 3 days since getting your delivery notification, contacted the carrier and your neighbors, and still haven’t received your order, please email us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note: Claims can be submitted no earlier than 3 days and no later than 30 days after the item is marked as delivered.
