We’re so sorry if something’s missing from your order! Our fulfillment team usually places inserts and stickers inside the planner box or in a brown cardboard envelope and washi is packaged separately in a small brown baggie or bubble wrap outside the box. Both of those things should have a big sticker on the outside. Sometimes, items can get a little stuck inside the mailer or even slip out when you open it. Occasionally, items will be slipped into the planner boxes, either right on top of the tissue paper or inside the bubble wrap that keeps the planners safe.
