We want you to love your purchase! Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Just make sure it’s in new condition and original packaging. Sale items are final sale.
Returns are only available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. — we’re not able to accept returns from international addresses, U.S. territories, or Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
Start your return through our Returns Portal — we’ll send you a prepaid label once it’s approved. Return shipping is $8 unless we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged.
No direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once your return is received.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do — with just a few exceptions! Most items can be returned returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping) as long as they’re unused and in original condition. You can find the full details on each product’s page, including any item-specific notes. Just a heads up: all sale items are final sale and can’t be returned. Returns are only available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. — we’re not able to accept returns from international addresses, U.S. territories, or Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
Important Note: All returned items must be in new condition, unaltered, unused, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, planners that have been written in aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
How do I start a return?
You can start a return by heading to our Returns Portal and entering your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Once your request is submitted, please allow up to 48 business hours for approval (we’re in the office Monday through Friday). As soon as your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for sending your item(s) back to our fulfillment center.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you're always welcome to return the item and place a new order for the one you want. If you’re unsure what will work best for you, we’re happy to help you choose!
What if my item arrived damaged or something’s wrong?
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement or finding another solution.
Are return shipping costs covered?
There is an $8 return shipping fee, unless we made an error or your item arrived damaged. In those cases, we’ll absolutely cover the cost of return shipping.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. You can easily check the status of your return using the tracking information from your return confirmation email. Please note, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Thank you so much for your patience while we take care of this!
Please note, original and return shipping charges are not refundable (unless your planner arrived damaged). Refunds will be issued to the card used at checkout or a Laurel Denise gift card.
What about gift returns during the holiday season?
Items purchased as a gift from our website between November 1st and December 24th can be returned through January 31st. Just a quick note: items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable, as well as anything that’s been used, aren’t eligible for return. You can check out our full return policy here.
Also, our system won’t let you start a return request after 30 days from delivery, but no worries at all! Just send us a quick message, and we’ll happily start the return for you on our end.
