We’re happy to accept gift returns for store credit, as long as they follow our return policy and are within 30 days of original delivery.
Before you reach out, please take a moment to make sure your gift is returnable! You can check out our Returns Policy page for all the details on which products are eligible.
To get started with your gift return, just send us a message with either the original order number or the email address tied to the purchase.
Once your items arrive back at our fulfillment center, we’ll send you store credit that you can use anytime on our website. Please note that processing your return and issuing store credit can take 5-10 business days.
What about gift returns during the holiday season?
Items purchased as a gift from our website between November 1st and December 24th can be returned through January 31st. Just a quick note: items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable, as well as anything that’s been used, aren’t eligible for return. You can check out our full return policy here.
