Yes, we do — with just a few exceptions! Most items can be returned as long as they’re unused and in original condition. You can find the full details on each product’s page, including any item-specific notes.
Just a heads up: All sale items are final sale and can’t be returned. Returns are only available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. — we’re not able to accept returns from international addresses, U.S. territories, or Hawaii and Alaska at this time.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Unfortunately, planners that have been written in aren't eligible for returns or refunds.
Returns must be initiated within the stated return window of within 30 days of delivery. The only exception is gift returns during the holiday season. See below FAQ section for details.
Sticky notes and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Q: The returns portal isn't working, how do I return my order?
A: Planners and accessories that are part of our sale collection are final sale, which means they’re not eligible for return. Other final sale items include sticky notes.

Q: What about gift returns during the holiday season?
A: Items purchased as a gift from our website between November 1st and December 24th can be returned through January 31st. Just a quick note: items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable, as well as anything that’s been used, aren’t eligible for return. You can check out our full return policy here.
Also, our system won’t let you start a return request after 30 days from delivery, but no worries at all! Just send us a quick message, and we’ll happily start the return for you on our end.
