Before shipping your return, please make sure:

☐ All original packaging is included (planner box, tissue paper, bubble wrap)
☐ Planners have no writing inside and include the decorative box
☐ Accessories include their original outer packaging
☐ Each order is returned in its own package
☐ Your order number is included inside the package
General Return Requirements
All returned items must be:
Brand new and unused
Unaltered and free of damage
Returned with all original packaging, including planner boxes, tissue paper, and bubble wrap
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Planner Returns
Planners must be returned in their original decorative box, and the box must be in good condition
Please do not place the return shipping label directly on the planner box
We’re unable to process planner returns without the box or if there is any writing inside the planner
Accessory Returns
Accessories must be returned with their original outer packaging, which helps protect the product during shipping
Items returned without packaging may not be eligible for a refund

Please return only the approved item(s) from your order
